We believe in process over content, and the therapeutic relationship being the primary agent for change. We see what happens in sessions as microcosms of how the client shows up in their life and provide observations in real time, without judgment.  

We believe the client is the expert, and has the capacity to unlock their own wisdom to find peace, joy, and fulfillment.  We provide guidance on navigating difficult experiences, developing coping skills and challenging negative thoughts.  Reframing pain as something to be experienced and managed versus avoided due to the discomfort is a hallmark of our approach. There is a lot of useful information in pain.
