“Be patient with yourself. Self-growth is tender; it’s holy ground. There’s no greater investment.”

Hannah Simmons, LAMFT

Hi, I’m Hannah, an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with five years of experience helping individuals like you navigate life’s complexities.

I specialize in supporting young adults and adults facing anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My passion for working with anxiety comes from my journey—I know what it’s like to carry the weight of worry alone, and I also know the relief that comes from having support. No one should have to face anxiety in isolation, and that’s why I became a therapist—to be the person who listens, understands, and helps you find peace.

Seeking counseling is a courageous step, especially during times of change. Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, general anxiety, or other life stressors, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to go through this alone. I offer a compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to take control of your well-being.

With a warm and collaborative approach, I help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and build resilience. Whether you’re managing career changes, coping with stress, or strengthening relationships, I’m here to help you find balance and confidence. Life’s challenges are inevitable, but you don’t have to face them alone.

You’re already so close to taking that first step in your healing journey—let’s take it together. Reach out today to schedule a session. I look forward to working with you!

Hannah is under the clinical supervision of Claudia Glassman, LMFT, RPT-S, AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
